45 days old baby not gaining weight
My baby birth weight is 3.7 kgs. She is 45 days old now. In between she got fever. I gave paracetamol drops and it has gone. But after that she is not gaining weight. Seems like she is loosing weight. Please help me with this. I'm very much worried about this.

Please send weight before she fell ill and todays weight. If baby is active and feeding, she will catch up. no need to worry
