4 month baby skin problem

My daughter is 4 month old baby girl. No change in skin care products only cethaphil moisturiser. She had small pimple on leg initially but now after one week it spread all over body. As paediatric doctor consulted I had given her fusidic acid cream futop cream, Atarax drop, iron, calcium and folic acid drop.

The lesions look like miliaria rubra/ miliaria pustulosa...and happens because of excessive sweating and tight clothing. Usually it's a self limiting condition. Avoid hot n humid environment. But it's always better to consult a qualified dermatologist and get examined the baby. Sometimes it's not what the picture shows. So detailed examination of the baby will be needed. Kindly visit the dermatologist at the earliest.
