4 month old baby girl having lot of small and big pimple. as per doctor consulted I am using fusidic acid cream futop and atarax drops and calcium iron and folic acid drop.

Looks more like an allergic rash. First, stop using all artificial products like oil, soap, shampoo, cream or powder. If rash improves, no need of any medication. Use simple Aloe Vera gel once rash is reduced. If there is fever and rash is worsening, show to your paediatrician because it would need oral as well as topical antibiotics.

Fudic is an antibiotic cream, you can use it for 6 to 7 days, most of these will dissappear by itself, if it gets big or worse Pl show it to a skin specialist
