My 3 years old daughter having stomach pain for 3 days. pain is not constant means on and off within 2 or 3 hours. after giving colimax 5ml she feels better but its not going completely. please suggest if i have to give another medicine.

Any pain abdomen associated with fever, vomiting, loose stools, food , passing of worms , hard stools, burning micturition should be shown.
Can you mention the duration of pain , relation with food intake, site of pain for better understanding.

See that every day first thing in the morning don’t give milk and biscuits to children aged more than 9 months but solid foods should be given and put the child on potty for five minutes to train them to pass motions utilising the reflex evacuation they get.
Worm infestation and food allergy are other cause which need paediatrician evaluation.
