My wife is in 22nd week pregnant and she often have lower abdomen pain and breathlessness.
Lower abdomen pain sometime increases alot.

Fr the pain she needs to be examined
Make sure there is no urine infection vaginal infection or constipation
Fr breathlessness get her Hemoglobin levels checked n meet a physician fr chest auscultation as at 22 weeks it cannot be attributed to pregnancy
