Hello doctor my last lmp was 1 September I went for scanning but there is no heartbeat and yolcsac but urine test came positive and beta hcg level also 1438 let me is it normal and this is my second baby first was 15 months old and I have irregular periods let me what to do can I consult another doctor or what.
