It may or may not be COPD. From your history and symptoms, there is a possibility of post tubercular bronchiectasis in which there is lung damage and recurrent infections. We need xray and further imaging to confirm this which we cannot do now that you are pregnant. You can continue inhaler and nebuliser and refer to your pulmonologist if any new symptoms occur.
Next Steps
Refer to pulmonologist.
Health Tips
Regular water steam inhalation to prevent mucus from accumulating in airways and lungs.

Hi. I understand your concern s..yes it is probably COPD. Please follow the treatment of the treating doctor regular use of inhalers is a must. And keep a regular follow up with your treating doctor.
You seem to have posttubercular bronchiectasis which may be causing obstructive symptoms along with your scoliosis .Copd is obstructive lung disease which may have multiple causes including your condition.
Next Steps
CBC and sputum c/s
Health Tips
Continue medicines prescribed by your pulmonologist.
Start steam inhalation and deep breathing
yes true its not copd due to smoking but yes it can be similar airway disease which commonly develops post tb. treatment for which is in the form of inhaler or nebulisation.
plus you already have scoliosis and destroyed or affect one lung,in that case lung volumes reduces further.
before commenting on further course of treatment would like to see xray and other reports!
