25 week pregnant
I am 25 week pregnant. Yesterday was my glucose test and my sugar is 76. Dr told me to raise sugar as if you don't do then you will loose your baby . Plz tell me is this really low or it will maintain by eating .

Just eat good food,not necessarily all sugar. Just maintain a proper diet. This is fine,you can repeat the test at 28 weeks and see. Eat multiple small portions of meal each day. Eat something every 2-3 hourly.

Was this a fasting sample or 2 hrs after eating ? It seems fine though. You can maintain by eating
