any baby had weight at birth is called birth weight birth weight is changed after 10days due to loss of moisture from baby surface baby weight decreased some times to 10/ is truly normal phenomenon until otherwise child had any problems at birth.. so your Baby is active and sucking milk properly and passing stool and urine normally and weight gain after 15 days and sleeping after taking milk adequately is under normal child so no need to worry

As long as baby is sleeping well, taking feeds well and taking breast feeding, don't worry. Baby looses weight in the initial ten days that is normal
