My 2 year old baby is having weight loss of nearly 1.9 kg , he went away from home for 18 days for family marriage, when he came back he is weak and having cough.He was in a new place can it be a reason for weight loss as he was not given much attention as he used to get at home plus his diet was also not good there. I am very much worried.doctor gave cough medicine he is better but weight loss is there .any suggestions sir

Don't worry. Take care of his diet..give proper nutritious diet . Weight will be normal within one month. Take proper treatment for the cold and cough.

Hello 1.9 kg weight loss in 18 days is more. Diet is more important provide him proper diet as well supplements if required with consultation with your pediatrician. Baby needs attention for healthy life
