What symptoms do you have? Do you get recurrent episodes of pain? USG is not confirmatory for stones. Anyway these are very small stones. Which need treatment only if it is causing pain. You need to take adequate fluids. This can help in preventing further stone formation as well. Check uric acid levels. If it's high you may need medication for that.
