15 month old fell and hit her head

Hi my 15 month old daughter fell off the bed she cried for about 10 minutes then was fine she had her 7 ounces of toddler milk then was watching tv happy. She has a huge half a golf ball size lump on her head and now has a huge bruise this happened about 2 hours ago she has just fallen asleep my question is what should I be looking out for thanks.

Hi mam Baby with history of fall The warning signs are loss of conciousness.,fits,vomiting lethargy or continous irritable cry If none of this signs are not there nothing to worry we rule out any internal bleed Because of hit small hematoma can happen in scalp that goes of over few days give ice sponging avoid massaging the swelling My kind advice remove cot and put the bed in floor to avoid future injuries If any abnormal signs needs radiological evaluation
