It’s always better to take as much as water you can And it’s more better to take little hot water 2-3 glasses of water 1/2 hour before every meal

Water 8-10 tall glasses per day I recommend If you drink too much you can get low salt problems . So don’t over drink more than 12 glasses Of water in a 24 hour period sometimes it can cause Hyponatremia Electrolytes imbalances SIADH also consult a doctor to get investigations
