Hi, there are few things that u can do to reduce chances of any surgical procedure, like u can perform following exercise, lubricate the foreskin and glans with oil then gently try to push foreskin back n again take it over gland perform this 10-20 cycles at a time n try doing this 2 times a day. This will help to stretch the foreskin n relieve ur phimosis issue. Do this for few days n contact us back with the results.

Hello, Phimosis is the inability to retract the foreskin behind the head (glans) of the penis. ... Pathologic phimosis occurs due to infection, inflammation, or scarring and is usually found in uncircumcised adult men, in early stages can be treated with steroid cream and cause specific treatment, in late stages needs circumcision.  please consult a general surgeon. Maintain good genital health by taking bath daily.
