My uncle is having cancer in his tongue ,he met many doctors and he already took 4 cemos but there is no recovery at all .Now at this moment of time ,he is only living on liquids such as protien powders,water and nothing else ,He is not at all able to swallow anything.My question is that WHAT SHOULD HE DO SO THAT ATLEAST HE CAN EAT AND CHEW AND SWALLOW ANYTHING AND CAN OVERCOME THIS DISEASE ?

Sir, very sorry to hear this, cancer of tongue is a very serious problem because it causes difficulty in swallowing and if 4 chemos have already been done and no improvement is seen then chances are very breech . You can only do is conservative treatment like taking liquid diet or else using food pipe and the most important is giving mental support to the patient.

Hello, Greetings for the day. With the history it is suggestive of Cancer. Would suggest you to first take opinion of Oral Medicine and Radiology specialist Dentist. Might be there are other treatments required along with Chemotherapy. You can give the patient Juices, Soup, Soft food like - Dalia, Upma, Khichdi,etc.

Take a second opinion for the treatment from Dentist - Specialist in Oral Medicine and Radiology  $ an Onchologist.
Health Tips
As the patient has difficulties in swallowing give 2 to 3 bites nd hydration frequently.

Diagnosing or suggesting anything will require test reports x-rays and staging for the cancer the details which are lacking here.  . The best thing u can do right now is consult the specialties mentioned below at the earliest. Only chemotherapy may not be sufficient if at all any surgical intervention is required. .
