I am 12 week pregnant and got nose & throat allergy. In general I am prone to dust and cold allergies and used to take cetrizine (okacet tablet) earlier before pregnancy. What medicine can be taken now for nasal & throat allergies (sneezing) in pregnancy? Can I take okacet tablet? Please suggest
