Hi it could be due to viral
U hav to give plenty of oral fluids like ORS coconut water
Give zinc drops 1ml once daily for 14 days
Add probiotics like enterogermina twice daily

Hi,
Give Syr Z and D 1 ml once daily for 2 weeks
Give probiotics ( Syr Bifilac) for loose stools
Give plenty of liquids/ water to maintain hydration
Next Steps
Give rice based diet
Reduce milk ( not breast milk, only cows or packet milk) and milk products
