11 mm stone in right kidney
Dear sir, My father diagnosed for ultra sound scanning and found 11 mm stone in his right kidney. He is not having any pain and discomfort. Do we need to go for surgery or can cure by medicines. Please advise.

11mm is a big stone. It is unlikely to pass on its own. Better to get it removed.

If more than 8 mm stone unlikely to pass spontaneously in urine ..Still you can try warm lemon water excessive drinking for 1 month and see what the results.
