Stop all medicines.
The number of motions is not important for first 3-4 months of life,and may vary from 10-12 a day to 1 motion after 3-4 days.
BOTH are normal,as long as stools are soft and formed.
If watery,add Enterogermina vial half vial twice a day for 5 days,apply rashfree cream twice a day for rashes and stop diaper usage.
Maintain a gap of atleast 2 to 2-1/2 hours inbetween breastfeeds,give nothing else by mouth.
