Hi..You can go with extraction of lower two premolars. This space can be utilised in pushing lower teeth behind upper teeth. But it is based on case. For better results, surgery is advised. Regards

This can be done by Ortho treatment but only teeth can be corrected not the jaw a very minor jaw correction can be done at your age
