Hi. Greetings. Rather amusing to find someone asking a technical question. Usually skin has four main layers and made up of fifteen to thirty layers of cells usually. Thickness may vary and regeneration time varies in people as well as depending on the pathological process that has caused it. Normally skin regeneration cycle from stratum basale down to stratum corneum at top is four weeks. However this theoretical data may not be practically extrapolated directly to procedures performed by a dermatologist. Hope this helps. Warm regards
