I started following diet from 25th April 2021 and reduced close to 7kgs with all her advice in foods, salads and exercise. It was overall a great experience to be part of her diet plan and to look back, now I have least to nil cravings for junk. Dr.Parimala Ma'am have helped me and is still helping me in all my food planning and it feels so great to know her. She is a person with great knowledge who could help a person from complete junk diet to nil junk.
I would suggest this doctor to anyone willing to change their lifestyle to a healthy one. She helps with her video/voice calls and weekly reviews, changes in one-day meal, salad, herbal teas etc. Together it is fun and also worth trying it.
