And now I am able to lift my shoulders and do all sorts of excercise which he taught me. Sharing the experience about my cervical spine, the Physiotherapist taught the excercise and made sure that I did it in my home properly. He used to monitor my movements daily whether I had pain and whether I am able to do it comfortably. His approach towards us was too kind and caring.
