This is to share my experience with Hexa clinic.
I am writing this review for two reasons which I think can help others get an idea.
I had a hair fall problem like small patch of hair disappearing at the forehead.
Initially I thought it should be related to hereditary and was preparing myself for that, even to have my head shaved all the time.
Still thought to check with a specialist and came across Hexa clinic in
Based on the reviews, thought to give a visit.
The doctor is a very professional person who explains the situation and offers solutions more in a natural way.
First she advised me to get a detailed blood test report, where I had some numbers little out of range.
I could relate the numbers which were out of range to some antibiotic doses which I had taken for sinus and hence would return back to normal soon.
But from then on, I got the conscious that I need to have these kind of blood test annually.
This is the first reason why I wanted to write the review. Based on the blood test report, she advised me on food habits and life style related changes.
The report gave me a conscious on the food I eat from then on.
I believe, everyone needs to have this kind of check ups annually to understand how your body is.
The doctor, based on the blood test report suggested me a couple of Ayurveda sessions which would help the body repair itself in a natural way.
The main difference I see from any other cosmetologist is that, Dr. Narmatha tries to avoid allopathic medicines as much as possible.
As the clinic's tag line - Anti ageing and Preventive clinic, they are more aligned towards ayurvedic methods, rather than usual allopathy.
Now for the second point, I couldn't complete the sessions prescribed by the doctor due to location constraint.
I had paid half of the amount and started the treatment. But when I couldn't continue and requested the management for a refund, the management handled the situation in a very professional way.
Hearing the situation immediately they agreed to refund the amount and started the process.
I was little pessimistic while this process was happening and was very reluctant to call the clinic's representative for follow ups.
But though it was about them refunding the amount, not even once did the representative show me a frustrated face.
She spoke the same way, as she did when I was joining the treatment. There was a high level professionalism from the management and the representative.
Generally customer care is just a word. Most of the customer care experience is that, the representatives will not own the dignity of the firm and they would just try to say something and close it. But at Hexa clinic, I received the same welcome when I asked for a refund which they gave me when I had to pay for the treatment.
Needless to say, I had this whole refund process only through phone. I didn't even had to visit the clinic.
I especially wanted to write this review for the professionalism and hospitality of the firm.
