I came to know APRC centre through Google search and after reading many positive reviews decided to visit the physiotherapy centre.. Firstly Dr.Arun Kumar is very friendly doctor and down to earth person he listens to the patients concerns and no matter how much time we take he listens till the end.. he gives full detailed explanation abt the treatment he is gng to do and during the treatment also for each patient he takes good care and gives detailed explanation while progressing the treatment.. Dr.preethi, she is very jovial, humble and responsible person.. she guide and support us through out the treatment and does the treatment in a soft and correct manner which shows us her experience and knowledge and daily they'll remind our appointment and if there is any time change in the appointments Preethi mam will reschedule it and give and she makes sure that we dnt miss any of our appointments.. need to mention Abi and Priya mam both are very kind , friendly and they are much dedicated when comes to the treatment and will clear the doubts give us detailed information.. After taking few sessions started feeling better and after continuity now I can see the huge improvement. Overall we get the best treatment here.

I'm a fitness enthusiast and I've done Karate, Wushu, Kick Boxing, Parkour, Calisthenics, etc. All those piled up little injuries have taken shape when Work-From-Home started.

I started feeling stiffness in my right calf and shin, a swelling in my wrist(ganglion cyst), weakened glute and those restricted me to do normal physical activities. I've been to many physio clinics but all they do is just make the pain go away, which again occurs after some time.

He has very in depth knowledge in different type of therapies. He is not just applying standard procedures. He is customising the treatment plan well to ensure maximum relief. He also taught simple but very effective techniques to maintain and prevent further recurrence of the same problem. I thank him for his great service.
