I was told by an optician that I might have cataract and hence visited Eye Trust Hospital. The doctor's approach was very kind and comfortable. Any details I had to know about the cataract or the surgery was proactively explained as this was all new to me. I really appreciate the kindness and patience shown! Also, the staff was great at the hospital, they have a genuine caring attitude which made me more comfortable whenever visited. Looking at the staff's behaviour, one can make out how good the leader might be, the doctor in this case.

My kid had a minor injury in eye while playing cricket.

****** ****** *** ****** during treatment eye pressure got increased (by the trauma in eye and steroid medicine given by other doctor to cure the injury).

When other doctors scared us by telling kid needs an eye surgery to reduce internal eye pressure Dr. Sathian told the pressure is not high for the children at that age and given eye treatment.

My Kid' IOP reduced and become normal. Unnecessary surgery was avoided by doctor.

we are very happy on finding right doctor for our mom's eye surgery and had been able to seek doctor's advice on our mom's other eye which was hugely impacted by post surgery (surgery was done elsewhere and doctor was able to make appropriate assessment and give us the best of what he could treat her on) .

At times it is imperative for us to be given right guidance and Support when we are totally unaware of our eyehealth and dont know what under the sky would give us a ray of hope.. when were thrown to such a situation of dispair.. it was a blessing and God's direction to route us to our beloved Dr N.Sathian Sir..

Special mention: Doctor had to travel elsewhere for which he had to start at 4:00AM and was on time for us to perform our surgery withouht letting my mom go through the surgery anxiety.He had made the whole procedure,our consultations very comfortable, pleasant.

Special mention on Nursing staff Dharani for being extremely patient ...I still remember her words" Mam onum worry pannathenga personally solreyn everything will be alrite neenga vannga mam pathukalam".

Also the nursing staff from pharmacy for giving a demo on how to perform eye clean up etc..and detailed do's and dont's

Dr. Sathiyan is a very friendly person. Hls cordial approach breaks the fear in the minds of patients.

He clearly explains the investigation reports & provide suitable solution for the same also. He was well assisted by excellent trained staffs.

Doctor and his staffs Very good and takes more care of all patients. Doctor explain the problem in eye is very clear and solution for the same is very good from doctor. Staffs are very cooperatable and giving immediate response for patentient problems and also giving good guidance from entering the hospital to left from hospital.Amount for treatment is also very reasonable.
