First thing first, normally I dont ever entertain any patients at home. I have a clinic elsewhere and meet patients there only. It was out of your desperation and urgency that you visited me at home. Secondly, it was during the first week of April when Corona outbreak had just started and nobody had any clue as to how to handle the situation or the newly imposed lockdown. Even close relatives were not entertained in many homes. It was on your insistence that I met you at home. When no other medical facilities were functional, if paying ₹300 for a special consultation on your terms (of place and time) hurt you, you are at liberty to take your money back. When you called multiple times from the pharmacy counter, it was not that I didn't pick up your call. After answering many times and giving alternate options, my phone ran out of power and switched off. Just because you paid a consultation fee of ₹300 which is just about half of market rates, you can't expect the doctor to be at your peck n call through the day. Go and try doing this in a corporate hospital, you will be sent out unceremoniously. This kind of mud slinging doesn't take you anywhere except aggravating your health condition.
