I had visited Dr.Swarna for a long pending dental review as part of again a long pending master check up. She quickly identified issues and offered a concise diagnosis. On the basis of that I was able to make a good decision and got treated as per diagnosis. This involved refilling some very old worn out silver fillings with tooth colour fillings and scaling which was causing my gum bleeds during flossing.

She kept her word and completed four tooth fillings, cleaning of cavity leaks and scaling in one hour with very minimal discomfort for me. Methodical, quick, precise and best of all, Dr.Swarna is very gentle and looks out for the paitent's comfort. I also liked the calm and gentle manner in which she handled and coordinated with her team who assisted her and they were cooperative and alert as well. The technology, tools utilised and the doctor's treatment methods are up to date and focused on the paitent's comfort. Overall a very good and comfortable experience for someone who dreads dental appointments. Will definitely visit her again.

Thought during our second visit we might get some information. But no change during our second visit. Contacted the receptionist, no response and they were not ready to speak or let us know what we ought to be known. Unhappy with the way we are treated and handled.
