I was given the appointment for the r s Puram clinic without any intimation when I reached the Vadavalli clinic the receptionist informed me I have an appointment in the R S Puram clinic. I had to come back at 7 and I had to wait for 45 mins, (appointment was as 7, doctor came at 7.45) the doctor (Dr Deepa) was late and no explanation was given.
