Nothing special to mention. The job was done well and pretty quickly. Only rthe wait time could be better

Her approach was very friendly which help us to ask n number of doubts in a crustal Clear. Her prescriptions are awesome which gives excellent results

The doctor analyses the patient's past activity and the things they did previoulsy. This could help the patients to be relieved

I was given the appointment for the r s Puram clinic without any intimation when I reached the Vadavalli clinic the receptionist informed me I have an appointment in the R S Puram clinic. I had to come back at 7 and I had to wait for 45 mins, (appointment was as 7, doctor came at 7.45) the doctor (Dr Deepa) was late and no explanation was given.

The consultation took only for 5 mins, explanation was only provided when I kept asking questions even then I wasn’t satisfied with the explanation. The doctor checked my skin for less than 15 seconds and decided what I have, but didn’t disclose any information, told I had allergy from the sun. When I told I never go out of my house she said it’s from my computer screen. I still didn’t understand how the rays affect only my arm and not my face, I had further doubts but I felt the doctor had to interest in answering my questions. Felt hostile and unfriendly.

No explanation for why the cream or tablet was provided. It felt like my time and money went to no good. If the doctor from the clinic does read this, please improve your service.

I had gone here to remove my mole which was a big one and after 2 years this is still not healed and the skin is still pinkish and it bleeds on and off.

Later I found out that this type of mole should not have been removed by burning it as it is a big one ,, It is a lack of experience form the doctor and also a rude comment from her while we called up to find a solution to fix this issue.

Not very helpful after the treatment.

I would say please consult other doctor who has more experience in this.

Everything thing fine.

If hospital provide drinking water it will be a great help, because I am a diebatic patient I will take water every 10 - 15 minutes . But yesterday I check the reception they told NO water, I was really surprised.

Plz make the necessary arrangements for water for every patient

It was a good one to consult with the doctor,as I was recovered very fastly from my problem. The medicine that the doctor prescribed for me was marvelous as the effect of the medicine took quite to solve the problem that I was facing, the clinic atmosphere there also was silence.

Lack of personal interactions is a major deterrent - pre and post consultation, the doctor isn't accessible over phone and neither the staff is understanding - even for small clarifications if one need to visit personally, it isn't a workable model.

My father is 90years aged and can't move around just like that - many other patients too might have similar issues

I reach clinic before appointment time 5.15 pm 06/05/2019 with my servant (treatment for him)my appointment time is 5.30 pm but there is no doctor no information nothing I will wait 1 hour 20 minutes after that only dr reached I told dr we r waiting long time here she is not responding

And no apologised

I’m very unhappy with the doctor behaviour

Anyway no more visit cutis clinic or dr deepa
