Hello, I am writing this in regards to the experience which I had with Doctor Arun Kumar.During the surgery while I askedthe Doctor to inject things carefully the response of the Doctor was "Don't teach me how to do the Surgery", which I found very rude and very unprofessional .A patient who has trusted the Doctor and is in the OT to Perform a Surgery and this is how the Doctor behave... Once the Surgery was performed I was shiftedback to my non AC room with minimal facilities. While I was on rest as advised by my Doctor ,I realised that I m still not getting any Sensation in the area were the surgery was Performed. This is obvious that after the surgeryIf patient finds somthing is wrong he gets Panic. So here I was scared that the hole through which I pass urine is open or not.Because I had a medical condition were the hole is little down not on the head of it, however the head of the penis has a mark that it has a hole but which is not. The penis wascovered by the dressing , I contacted Suraj and explained him he arranged a conference callwere I spoke to Doctor and he said he will be coming back to hospital in an hour. Once he was back to hospital he was kindarestless and also he was removing the dressingvery fast . He asked one of the head nurse to do so , however she was being very careful and removing it. Then he just plucked the scissors from the head nurse and started doing harshlyI asked him to be slow for which he replied" Don't order me even at OT you were ordering me . I have learnt and studied all this don'tteach my job to me " and this was his response to the worried patient. He literally made my mother scared, who is a hypertension patient ...she literally started crying. *** ******* ** ***** ** ******** ** *** **** So my humble request is please look into this *** ** *** ******* ***** ***** ************ **** ******* *** ******* **** ************ This experience with pristyn was Seriously not acceptable and neither it wasexpected. * **** *** ***** ****** ***** ***** ******* *** ****** **** ***** *** **** please pay little attention while selecting the hospitalbecause the amount spend for this *****surgery in this hospital is not worthy.
