Hexa Anti-Aging & Preventive Clinic

I saw the review on google and attended this clinic. Me and my mother visited this clinic on july 13th. My mother told she is friendly and explained clearly about the white patches on legs. Doctor also told it takes upto 1 year for resolving the issue and she also gave some medicines and my mother also told this doctor will suggest gynecologist for more treatment so we are expecting her suggestion. And then i too did consult this doctor she told about my skin and lip issues and her medicine gives improvement over others. And when can we visit doctor again? After medicines over? Also how to contact doctor as she told she would suggest gynacologist? please help. I hope all issues cleared in this clinic

People in the clinic were friendly which made us really comfortable. Session with Doctor was helpful in providing insights about my underlying problem. Precise and neat explanation without prolonging much. Cost involved in the treatment is also affordable unlike many other practices I came across online. Provided alternate solutions as well which gave me hope that this is indeed curable if we take some extra care at the earliest.

I'm really very happy in meeting dr.narmada mam.i was really very upset due to my skin damage.i have faced some problems because of this. And now I'm really very happy.The doctor was very friendly with me,tats the reason where i was able to explain my problem.she treated very well.and even the nurses over their ,i just loved them, they were very friendly even the receptionist was good.i soulfully thank the doctor and the nurses for treating me

Dr. Narmatha was a kind person. The way she explained the treatment was so easy to understand and genuine. The staffs were kind and took special care during the treatment and also after the treatment. Comparatively less expensive than kaya skin clinic and vlcc. I have improved skin colour and hair growth is good. I will recommend Hexa for every one. Thanks for the wonderful service.

This is to share my experience with Hexa clinic.

I am writing this review for two reasons which I think can help others get an idea.

I had a hair fall problem like small patch of hair disappearing at the forehead.

Initially I thought it should be related to hereditary and was preparing myself for that, even to have my head shaved all the time.

Still thought to check with a specialist and came across Hexa clinic in

Practo.

Based on the reviews, thought to give a visit.

The doctor is a very professional person who explains the situation and offers solutions more in a natural way.

First she advised me to get a detailed blood test report, where I had some numbers little out of range.

I could relate the numbers which were out of range to some antibiotic doses which I had taken for sinus and hence would return back to normal soon.

But from then on, I got the conscious that I need to have these kind of blood test annually.

This is the first reason why I wanted to write the review. Based on the blood test report, she advised me on food habits and life style related changes.

The report gave me a conscious on the food I eat from then on.

I believe, everyone needs to have this kind of check ups annually to understand how your body is.

The doctor, based on the blood test report suggested me a couple of Ayurveda sessions which would help the body repair itself in a natural way.

The main difference I see from any other cosmetologist is that, Dr. Narmatha tries to avoid allopathic medicines as much as possible.

As the clinic's tag line - Anti ageing and Preventive clinic, they are more aligned towards ayurvedic methods, rather than usual allopathy.

Now for the second point, I couldn't complete the sessions prescribed by the doctor due to location constraint.

I had paid half of the amount and started the treatment. But when I couldn't continue and requested the management for a refund, the management handled the situation in a very professional way.

Hearing the situation immediately they agreed to refund the amount and started the process.

I was little pessimistic while this process was happening and was very reluctant to call the clinic's representative for follow ups.

But though it was about them refunding the amount, not even once did the representative show me a frustrated face.

She spoke the same way, as she did when I was joining the treatment. There was a high level professionalism from the management and the representative.

Generally customer care is just a word. Most of the customer care experience is that, the representatives will not own the dignity of the firm and they would just try to say something and close it. But at Hexa clinic, I received the same welcome when I asked for a refund which they gave me when I had to pay for the treatment.

Needless to say, I had this whole refund process only through phone. I didn't even had to visit the clinic.

I especially wanted to write this review for the professionalism and hospitality of the firm.

I am someone who does a lot of research before choosing anything for my life. I am very happy for choosing Dr.Narmatha . She is perfection her diagnosis. As soon as she saw my scalp , she was able to tell me what are the possible causes and the treatment protocol she sketched for me is very good. I visited the clinic 5months back and only now I am writing the review , because I believe reviews should be guiding other persons. After 5months of treatment , I am sooo happy about my hair growth . I got this hairgrowth without any hormonal blockers . I am very happy with the outcome.
