I went in search of a good psychologist across the country. I have stopped looking for another after I met Kevin. I wanted someone who can talk the science and also be compassionate. Kevin is both plus he is professional. Once I asked him for reassurance, he said "I will this time, but this will be the last time" that boundary helped me reduce asking for reassurance. He listens, reasons and gives me a plan. I can ask him anything thats going on in my mind. Thats what I wanted psychologists to do. Not tell me do this without any reasoning.
