I consulted with Dr. Yacham for Covid19 through the online consultation feature.

My overall experience was disappointing. The doctor did not even take 1 minute to understand my history - when did I contract the disease, what were my symptoms, what were my other co morbidities, what other medication am I on, etc.

It was a 2 min call in which I was told that I’ll receive a prescription. The prescription contained medicines I’m not allowed to take due to other illnesses.

Even the video call was a bit unsettling. The doctor was in the dark through the call - maybe could have simply done a voice call.

On the whole, a very negative experience and wouldn’t recommend.

I took consultation for my father for his frequent cold and cough issue from Dr Yacham and she listened to the issue very patiently and was very polite and friendly.Thanks Dr for prescription and your help.

very patient and made the prvention and medication in need to follow very nicely . Convinced that I should try to reverse my prehypertension

If it’s a medical emergency, never ever consult Dr. Yacham Pushpalatha. She wouldn’t reply or come online for a call. You’d be simply wasting your time and money.
