I came to know of Ms. Varsha Easwaran through her Instagram Profile while I was on the lookout for nutritional guidance to lose weight overcoming my various food allergies and intolerance.

One of the best decisions I had taken was joining the 2 months coaching program with Optimal Nutrition Protocol.

Initially I was very apprehensive about whether I would be able to follow the diet. But they made it so simple. My diet was what i normally eat except for

1. The proportion of carbs,protein and fiber

2. Portion Control

Ms.Saranya was the coach assigned to me and with her help and under the guidance of

Ms.Varsha, I have been able to take control of my health without compromising on my favourites and at the same time within my acceptable food parameters. I am really grateful to Ms.Saranya for her guidance and reassurance from time to time. The routine check-ins, modified plans as per my suitability and taste, the positive attitude and encouragement has helped me knock considerable inches off and my weight has dropped down by 7kgs in a span of 60 days. I have gained back my confidence and the joy of being able to fit into old clothes is unparalleled. The strength of this team is their knowledge, their communication skills and empathy. Dr. Varsha was very good in diagnosing and giving a proper advise/plan as per the individual, she is excellent. Her team in ONP is very professional and efficient, their overall service was beyond the expectations, I will recommend for those who seek Quality of Service.

Have been consulting with Dr Varsha and her team for diet changes for auto immune issues. The initial process was v smooth n transparent. I've always been very sceptical about diets because of how restrictive they can be. I also have heard from so many people that such diets are not sustainable, and realistically it's very difficult to continue without support. But all that changes once I started my nutrition journey with ONP. I've been with them for 3 months now and this has definitely one of the best decisions I've taken for my health. My nutrition coach, Meera, is truly the kindest and the most supportive person. I couldn't have asked for a better coach. All my progress is because of her patience and support! The main thing I like about ONP is the the way they have educated me about my food need, that helps me make better decisions when I go out to eat. This education also gives me the confidence to continue staying on the protocol after my time with them is over. Each of their team member has been extremely helpful and friendly throughout the process.
