I had been apprehensive about seeing a counselor, but was pleasantly surprised! Passionate and dynamic, Ms. Hindocha has greatly helped in addressing an anxiety issue that I’ve been seeing her for. More strikingly though, she’s got me to actually know myself better and help evolve.

Ms. Hindocha comes across as a remarkably capable and engaging therapist who’s easy to talk to, accommodative, and has a great sense of humour. She gives out techniques that really work, and has the ability to put out the ‘theory’ in an incredibly rational and simplistic manner. I found her guidance to be earnest and insightful, you can tell that she really cares. Each of the sessions, positively helped me get better and build myself.
