Dr Sangeetha gave me a personalised diet after clearly understanding my health issues. She also took care of my preferences. The char prepared by her was not only nutritious but delicious and easy to prepare. That kept me motivated throughout. It has also given good results.

I visited this therapist for diet counseling recently. My purpose was not served. *** ** **** ***** ****** She first asks you a lot of personal questions **** ******** *** ********** ** **** ****** ****** Thereafter she informs you that you will need to enrol for here treatment plan of six months or so in order to get any advice. (That is going to cost you six timed her consultation fee). if you are not ready for that you will need to walk away empty handed without getting a single word of advice. And pay her consultation fee too.

I do not recommend.

My Hba1c level is 9.4 at the beginning. Diabetic doctors suggested for medication but Dr. Sangeetha suggested for diet . She gave me confidence that sugar level can be decreased in diet . I followed proper 3 months diet she gave and my Hba1c level came to 6.0 in 3 months . It was a fabulous result which I never expected. Hats off to Dr.Sangeetha Jayakumar and I highly recommend her for result oriented diabetic diet counseling.

Sangeeta has been very professional and accessable all the time. Have suggested proper diet that kept me full and healthy. Most importantly I was able to loose my after pregnancy weight of around 7 kgs in a span of 5 months, I continued the diet even after the course and came down to 59kgs (from 74kgs)- am grateful that she helped even after the course completion 🙏

We have consulted for diabetes and Mrs. Sangeetha gave us 5 plans each for 40 days which is very effective and and we are following till date. She is very much flexible, keeps following up and friendly. And she is in touch with us even after two years. Highly recommended.

The best part about her is that she suggests on easy and homemade food which we love to have and which we can cook easily to loose weight.

I also liked the process of systematically tracking the clients progress and her frequent reminder keeps one motivated all the time.

My first experience with the doctor I went for diet suggestion and she was very kind and polite understand the patient situation and treat well. She keep on follow up on patient's health i really like her service and will definitely recommend to my family and friends
