I have been consulting Nutritionist Rachel Deepthi for a while now… i have had weightgain issues due to my pcos/hypothyroidism…also i have been trying to conceive naturally for a few years now… i came in touch with Deepthi when i completely lost hope..she is a ray of hope i must say😃… apart from guiding me on the right path she gives me so much positivity… also she is so patient and takes her time to clear every silly doubt of mine…she doesnt beleive in fancy diets and recommends normal food that we all eat on a daily basis but with portion control and she tells you small small tips to enhance the results… i highly recommend Deepthi if anyone is trying to lose weight in a healthy way…

Rachel has been an amazing guide who could bring about many a positive results like weight loss, inch loss and an increase in energy levels. Effective without having to starve myself. I recieved a diet plan for weight loss and unlike many diets that i have heard about outside, i didnt have to give up on a lit of my favourite food. And also it was very effective too. I lost weight that i had been having difficulty shedding. And all of this without any exercise as well. And also the meal plan was satisfying enough that i do not crave anything else. And the doctor is also very friendly and the session feels like discussing dietimg with a close friend instead of a specialist. Would definitely recommend to any who has trouble losing weight.
Great experience as a first timer. This is first time I consulted a nutritionist. I was worried about my weight since long time, never took decision to consult doctor/nutritionist for this. However, happy to say that did a right choice meeting Nutritionist Rachel.
With change in lifestyle and food habits, good inch and weight reduction is visible. In total lost 5.6 KGs in one month. Not only weight management; I could see lot of changes in sleep and sweet cravings, hair fall, bowel movement etc.
According to me, diet means, eating less, eating something extraordinary and an impossible thing. Rachel makes it clear and gives simple yet nutritious diet, which will take care of overall health. Am a tennis player . After a gap in sport I gained some 4 kgs . I felt like am having inflammation in the body like fatigue, boating , muscle cramps etc.... I consulted Mrs .Rachel for this issue . Got diagnosed with Gluten sensitivity and diet was prescribed. Agrevation of symptoms came down after following the guidelines provided for two weeks and also lost 1 kg . Doctor was extremely nice. Very encouraging and supportive. Was giving a lot of easy tips to follow during the diet. She was also explaining the reasons why certain food needs to be consumed or avoided. Was helping me to have a proper lifestyle change not being too rigid. Overall a very good experience.
