Effective without having to starve myself. I recieved a diet plan for weight loss and unlike many diets that i have heard about outside, i didnt have to give up on a lit of my favourite food. And also it was very effective too. I lost weight that i had been having difficulty shedding. And all of this without any exercise as well. And also the meal plan was satisfying enough that i do not crave anything else.
