Although I want to write a long thankyou note for Dr Prassana. But that would be a little less helpful for others. In short, imagine some who is deep into soccer and marathon develops a chronic knee pain and cannot do it anymore. 2 and a half year of going around doctors in Delhi from good to very best. Some didnit explain and some didnit know what was the problem. So, in the last month of 8 sessions, I have been not only explained, but sometimes given over information :) but treated according with proper phisiotherspy exercises. My pain is 80 percent treated and mostly depends on my routine of following up with exercise. Adding to fact that, I had a lot of gait problems which are getting treated simultaneously.
