He is a Sports Physiotherapist and a Certified Mulligan Practitioner with 17 years of clinical experience. He has successfully treated more than 10,000 clients in his career so far. He assisted the Royal Challengers Bangalore during CL Camp 2010 under the guidance of Mr. Basu. He has treated numerous international level athletes, to name a few – Anil Kumble, Ashwin Ravichandran, Dinesh Karthik, Deepika Pallikal. It was a God-sent reference for me ( and, as we realised later, for my entire family ) to reach Primal Patterns & Dr. Navneeth, about 10 years ago. I had by then consulted with almost all the top ortho specialist hospitals in Chennai; and had been recommended strongly for knee replacement surgery. I was reluctant to take it at so early in life. I was just 50 then.
We first met with the Founder CEO of Primal Patterns Dr. Basu; and the entire narrative of my story with joint pain changed ! After giving enough assurance & hope, he put me under the care of his colleague Dr. Navneeth, a deceptively simple in appearance & approach wonderful human being. A true genius with a compete understanding of the human anatomy & physiology to the level of an ortho physician and surgeon.
His cool approach gave me the initial impetus & hope. I would not have dared to take to exercises, for the first time in my life, past 50 ! And the progressive rigour & regimen that he brought into the sessions with a smile & yet with a stern, uncompromising schedule have now added more than 10 years of new life.
I have now been transferred to the care of his
