I have consulted with other doctors before, who only prescribe medicines and expensive procedures without letting you know the actual cause.

But with Dr. Vidhyasagar, it was the opposite. I was quite happy and satisfied with how he explained the details of the injury and how it could be corrected. Best of all, he assures you, how you would be well in days and doing your activities again. Which he did and I am totally back and moving my arm the way it's used to 😊

I had been suffering from a gym related injury in my mid back and while I had seen orthopaediacians and physiotherapists in Mumbai, the pain and discomfort persisted for over 6 months. Then I was introduced to Mr Sagar by my nephew in Chennai who had great things to say about him. In my first visit he correctly identified my problem ( something none of the Ortho docs had managed to do) and then over two sessions he eased my pain, helped me with exercises and a long term solution. I am now feeling good enough to return to the gym and resume my workouts! I can't thank Mr Sagar enough, he is not just good, he is a gifted therapist!

Mr. Vidyasagar is an amazing physiotherapist! ****** ************** I visited him after suffering through 1.5 years of severe back pain triggered by a volleyball game. Earlier, orthopedicians and spine surgeons could not relieve my of my pain, but Sagar relieved the pain in just 2 sittings!

He examined me thoroughly, and explained to me the cause of the pain. His physical manipulations were amazing, and he gradually put me on exercises to strengthen my back & core.

I completely trust his diagnosis. He's one person who gets to the root cause of the problem and solves it. Tries to get you on your feet as soon as possible. Very friendly and explains the issue in terms we would understand. Has a great sense of humour too

The overall experience was excellent. The doctor explained my present stage of ailment and how it is progressing. How can be improved to reach the better and best level. What is weakness on body and how can be strengthened. The doctor was patience enough to the patients. He was hearing to my problems and giving solutions for that. This is what required from a caring doctor. Superb

Sagar is very nice. He understands the problem properly before analysing the cause of it and comes up with a perfect treatment plan. I had this tennis injury from hitting my racquet on the service follow through on to my knee. I did know that the aggravating pain was from that trauma, as I was thinking it's because of other knee related chronic issues. Sagar was able to pin point the problem and resolve it. I do recommend him.

This is my second consultation. This time he asked me to take a x ray and showed me the slight progress exhibitted in the x ray. Advised me to continue the exercises for the next one and half months.

He had advised us to do simple exersises three times daily for 2 weeks and come for review in the third week. We are up to it and we feel the betterment at the end of first day itself. Thanks to him.
