I was diagnosed with bipolar type 2 in 2008 in Malaysia and reconfirmed in 2009 in Australia. The prescribed medicines did not help me to get back in a job on a sustained basis.In 2014 i decided to stop medications as it was damaging my organs especially my kidneys. I was also could my sleep whole night because of this emotional disturbances. She heard me out patiently and she suggested some therapy.
