Ms. Kavitha (Physiotherapist)

I was pregnant and was having lot of stress related to labor, normal delivery and some issues with backache and excessive weight gain etc. So I wanted to join prenatal Lamaze class by Dr. Kavitha. It was too good and gave a lot of information and clarification of each and every doubt that I had. The classes were fully fun filled and activities based with couples and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank u and I recommend all pregnant moms to attend her class to empower ourselves.

She was pretty good with the explanation of my problem and she gave me an sets of excercise to do, which Iam even now doing it after 3 years
