Mr. Karthik Lakshmanan

Mr Karthik is a professional and qualified counsellor with a strong theoretical knowledge of counselling. He has a genuine interest to help empathically and does not give unsolicited advice. He follows the ethical guidelines of a counsellor and maintains a professional boundary. He empowers to face a challenge; he helps build confidence and uses many counseling skills and tools to deal with issues. If one way does not work, Mr Karthik has a vast skill set to work with different techniques and approaches. He also does not make one dependent rather he makes you face life in a kind and respectful manner. Many thanks to Mr Karthik.

He is very respectful of the patients. He listened to everything i had to say and explained things to me in a calm and understandable way. I am a lot better since i started sessions with him. Now i am on a counselling break and I have recovered enough to handle difficult situations by myself. I see myself recovering day by day. He enabled me to realize that depression is just an illness and i need not be embarrassed about it. I could see that he is dedicated to provide this valuable service to the people in need.

I had a counselling session with Mr. Karthik about an important decision I had to take regarding my career. This decision was giving me anxiety and sleeplessness as I was considering stepping out of my comfort zone and taking a risk that could easily affect me negatively. He helped me analyze and understand my feelings. Eventually I was guided to making a rational decision which I think is the right call for me. I fully recommend Mr. Karthik for his listening abilities, quick and astute diagnosis, and a very non judgmental and kind attitude.

I thank Mr. Karthik for making me to self-empathize and suggested best therapy going forward. I felt friendly in sharing my problems with him. His way of approach is completely different from others. He is non-judgmental. Answers very politely. Hope, I will be having best therapy from him going forward with respect to career guidance and CBT for anxiety and fear. Clearly explained the difference of his way of training methodologies which he gonna use in my upcoming sessions. I wish that I will recover fast from all the odd in my life. Gratitude!

Doctor is very polite and very calm to listen other's problems. He allowed me to explain all my problems and listened everything and recommend me to come after a week. But still I am bit disappointed that because I went for family issue with my spouse. This counselling will do only individual and they may not share anything between two and they try to convince and educate the individual level. So I am little surprise then how this will resolve the family issue. Hopefully I may need to wait and see after couple of sessions finished.

I am grateful to Karthik sir because after his counselling sessions I feel confident about myself and I have come out of my anxiety and depressions.the only decision I took correctly is to go for a counseling to Karthik he is so kind and so patiently hear to our problems .he makes us understand life is so simple and don't ever take it as complications .

Before meeting him in sessions I was completely down I hated myself but now I feel so peaceful .

I recommend you friends if you feel you are alone and depressed and you need someone to support you and come out of your problems please have a counseling session with Karthik sir.definitely your attitude will change to positive note.
