This is soniya I ve been taking prenatal yoga session from 7 th month of my pregnancy . It is very helpful during my labour. It took only 2 hrs for delivering my baby. U motivated me when I was low and when I was mentally weak U gave me some advices which is very needful at that time. U are very caring. When I got herpes zoster u were very caring and gave me some tips to get rid of that . U re support in this journey is very useful. When I was in labour the breathing excercises u suggested was very very very useful . Even after taking enema u contacted me and suggested some yoga poses which is very great ful. Even when I couldn't attend ur call U contacted through my sister and u were curious about my labour situation. I am great ful for having U in this pregnancy journey. Following all ur suggestions I got *Normal delivery*
