I met Mr. S V Ganesan with a host of problems which impeded my performance in workplace and happiness in my life. I have had performance anxiety coupled with selective negative focus since childhood and when I started working I found out that these problems were causing me to feel sad, awkward and worried all the time even for the most simplest of the situations. At one point, I decided that I would resign from the job because of these feelings and that is when I was introduced to Mr.Ganesan for counseling. Ganesan Sir’s therapies and counseling sessions, I found, are extremely effective in helping a person come to terms and solve the issues he or she is facing. He has a host of techniques, ranging from psychotherapy, hypnosis, crystal therapy, CBT as many ways to solve the problem. I personally found his hypnosis sessions, crystal therapy and behavioral therapy very effective in combating anxiety. With these techniques the interest and enthusiasm that I had lost was regained and now I am able to work without anxiety and fear that was previously nagging me. Mr. Ganesan saved my job and I am extremely grateful to him for that. Being from a corporate background spreading across many sectors, he is very much able to understand the problems faced by the working population and attacks the root causes very well. I have been suffering for past 10 years with hallucinations, anxiety and depression and diagnosed as suffering from Schizophrenia by psychiatrists. . Even on taking psychiatric medicines the relief was only to some extent. I was never relaxed and calm. I changed several doctors. In 10 years I saw 5 to 6 doctors and nobody had an effective remedy to my problems. I came to know about hypnotherapy and I decided to meet Mr. Ganesan after seeing some reviews about him. He spoke very well to me over phone when I called him for fixing appointment and the way he spoke itself I felt somewhat consoled. During the first session I gave my background details to him. I told him that I was diagnosed as suffering from Schizophrenia by psychiatrists and showed him the previous reports. Initially he advised me to go to my psychiatrist and take the medicines correctly as told by her and not to decrease or increase dosage on my own without the psychiatrist’s permission. Mr. Ganesan’s therapy started with many techniques. I was asked to practice the techniques regularly on daily basis with which itself I started finding positive changes in myself. With more and more sessions I became better and better. The psychotherapy and hypnotherapy sessions with Mr.Ganesan helped me tremendously , gave me huge relief and helped in my return to normalcy. I was at last calm compared my agony of the past 10 years and my happiness knew no boundaries. I find great cure from the disturbances in the mind faced by me in the past 10 years.
