The experience was good she found then problem and helped us to come to solution. She gives good advice on relationship, areas that I personally I need to work on apart from relationship. Well after hearing on all sides gives points that as a couple where we need to work on.

I was suggested about the doctor by a relative. I started visiting here in the month of Jan 2015. I was suffering from stress in my life during to issues with my wife which affected my official work. I was put on a PIP program in my office (it was one step before being fired). When i visited her the first time, she spent close to 1 and half hours talking to me. Then i had take a series of psychometric tests which i did from home. On analyzing these tests i was diagnosed with lacking in assertiveness and self confidence. Then she started me with series of exercises like mirror talk and slow breathing. Also she suggested exercises for assertiveness and improving my self confidence. By July 2015 i had grip on my life and was able handle my problems with wife.

She also gave a meditation audio which completely relaxes my mind and body at the start of the day and i do it religiously every day in the morning on an empty stomach.

Also i was able to successfully change jobs to a better position. I still visit her every 6 weeks to consult her on items which i feel are a blocker in success in life.

On my recent visit i discussed about not being able to sit to learn programming skills. She suggested a slow breathing technique which i do every time i sit to study and i am able to see a marked improvement in my learning.

I still plan to visit her to iron out further kinks in my life

I had terrible trauma , and anger outburst is the main reason why I wanted to meet her and heal myself , within 2 sessions I could feel that I’m moving forward. Before anything else I would say that she always listens to you no matter what she understands and feels you and give you a proper solution , end of the day you come out with a happy face for sure . She’s the sweetest and she cares so much for you that she follows up after the session to make sure you’re feeling good about yourself. She made me work with my relationship with others which gave me a peaceful environment . Thanks to her .

I have met the doctor for Psychology treatment. I had an excellent experience, now the patient is completely normal.

The way of analysing the problem and treating the patient is the best quality of her's.

The counselling is done in a closed cabin which makes the patient to open up their problems without any shy.

I will surely recommend this doctor to all those who seeks these kind of problems.

I had gone with the impression that it will be a provision of professional assistance and guidance in resolving my personal / psychological stress that I am undergoing cause of my Break up. It is was total opposit that I felt post me briefing the story, I was adviced direct for couple of 'tests' post only which she can start the 'treatment' !! Common, I was not expecting on paying some1 for advicing me to undergo 'tests' for starting a treatment, rather I was expecting a counselling type session with some lovely advices and thoughts, which was actually advertised in the posting of this centre/doctor.

I had been suffering from chronic anxiety and depression for a long time and there came a time where it started affected my personal and professional life to a great Extent . Dr Khushali is an amazing doctor who made me so comfortable from the very beginning and would patiently listen to all my problems and then she would counsel me accordingly .

Dr Khushali did an in-depth diagnosis and then started the Counselling . She listed my problems in detail. She started with giving me daily small tasks like meditation for 20 minutes , how to take care of senses the moment I had anxiety attack , to keep myself engaged throughout the day.

After following her guidance for about 6 months , I see myself in a much better place where my anxiety has reduces much and I feel good and happy about myself . She really helps in to bring the best in you .

There were lot of unhappy situations going in my life which had effected my emotional and mental health. It was in February 2018 that I decided to visit doctor Kushali. And it was a great help.

I expected her to be like how they show in movies and our imagination of a psychologist, serious and listening and making you talk. But she happens to be just the opposite!! And that's the best part!!

She welcomed me with a smile and listned to me first and asked me to go through tests to be sure of the exact problem. That is when I understood that each type of patient will have different reason of depression and she had the perfect method to treat mine.

She is helping me with my excessive over thinking and imotional disbalance issue.

I like meeting her! She is very enthusiastic and friendly!

Khushali mam is a good listener, she understands our situation well and not concluding the problem at beginning stage. She explains the treatment process and setting up for the treatment. I started my first session, will continue to put my feedback in coming days. So far so good.
