I having cervical and lower back pain for almost 3-4 years. I visited physio care for treatment and had 12 sessions of therapy for both cervical and lumbar. I am having a big relief from pain. I am doing the exercise daily as advised by the doctor in order to avoid the pain and keep my spine healthy. One thing I want to highlight is that, they know what treatment is best for your spine.

Just within 4 days of treatment, the pain started getting reduced a lot and my mom was able to move hands and with 2 weeks time she was completely cured and was able to do all her daily chores as usual.
