Ms. Ananthi Ragupathy

I attended happy motherhood prenatal program from 6th month and found the exercises she taught very helpful. Ananthi is a very committed person and supports even after pregnancy in any kind of issues. I am first time mom and without ananthi, it would have been difficult to manage with no prior knowledge and preparation. The knowledge about breastfeeding in particular was very helpful.

Anandhi mam is really great. I have joined her class on my 6th month. She taught me some daily workouts and give me activity work also.those are stimulate babies physical and mental growth. She also taught me how to care the new born babies. After pregnancy also she keep in touch and clear my doubts at any time. She is my lifetime friend.

She helped me to exclusively breastfeed my baby for the first six months. When I was not confident enoug that I could do this, she remained confident and positive and encouraged me. I could also stay positive even when people around me gave different opinions. Now I am very much happy and satisfied that I could still continue feeding my baby.
